WFTU - Participate in the 16th World Trade Union Congress.

Dear comrades,

We kindly request you to send by December 31st 2010 the number and names of the delegates that will compose the delegation of your organization to participate in the 16th World Trade Union Congress.

It is urgent. We need to know the number of delegates that will take part in the Congress as to determine the number of observers. We have a large number of observers interested in attending the Congress.

However, before replying to our friends as observers, we ask from our members to confirm their participation. The delegates must send a photocopy of their passport by e-mail (wftu-16congress@hotmail.com) or by fax (00302109214517) and to fill in the participation form. Those who need Schengen Visa should go to the Greek embassies by February, otherwise they may not get visa in time.

Those who do not need Schengen visa may send by December 31st the number of delegates that will take part in the Congress.

We kindly ask you not to be late. Please inform us. Delay creates difficulties. A reply on time will help us a lot.
